Mailing services falls into 2 different categories:

• Services that deal with the actual mailing of the project
• Services that are in addition to mailing and printing

Services that deal with the actual mailing of the direct mail piece

• CASS Certification – This has nothing to do with Mama Cass of the Mama’s and Papa’s. CASS stands for Coding Accuracy Support System. It is a service that checks your mailing list against that of the United States Postal System’s national database to ensure that each of the addresses are “real” addresses and that your mail piece will arrive at its’ destination. Any duplication of an address is also removed or “de-dumped” so you do not have several pieces going to the same location. This is a cost-saving feature of the CASS System. Any of your direct mail projects need to be CASS-certified in order for you to receive the reduced postage rate that the US Post Office offers.

• Addressing and Sorting– We offer a high-speed inkjet service that will address and barcode your mail piece. As the pieces comes off the line they are reviewed for clarity
  and completeness. This is all part of the services that we offer.
